The HHF Board authorized the endowment of the annual Delaware Black History Heritage Bowl put on by the ICONS.  Donations can be made at the Delaware Community Foundation Friends of Brown v. Boards of Education Fund.  Donations received between February 2016 and February 2017 will go to fund Heritage Bowl operational expenses.
